Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

RadLearn (“we”, “this site”) is an educational library of medical-imaging teaching cases. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site and how it is used.

2. Information we collect

  • Newsletter email — if you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you enter, plus the time of subscription, in this site’s own database. It is used only to send occasional updates about new cases.
  • Contact messages — if you email us, we receive your address and the content of your message.
  • Server logs — the web server may record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies and advertising data — see our cookie policy. Advertising is served by Google AdSense; Google and its partners may collect data under their own privacy policies.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment details.

3. How we use information

  • To send the newsletter you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message or contacting us).
  • To answer questions sent through the contact page.
  • To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
  • To display advertising that supports the site.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the newsletter and for advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational for server logs.

5. Third parties

6. Retention

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

This site is intended for healthcare professionals and students and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
