About RadLearn

Last updated 9 October 2026

RadLearn is an open, structured library of medical imaging teaching cases. Each case presents a short patient history, the imaging technique used, key imaging findings, a differential diagnosis with the signs that separate each alternative, and a discussion — illustrated with annotated figures.

Who it is for

Radiology trainees, medical students, and clinicians who want quick, searchable teaching material. Everything is free to use for non-commercial teaching under the licence set out in our Terms of use.

How it is built

Cases are compiled from openly licensed teaching collections, translated into British English, and reviewed by the editorial team before publication. See our editorial policy for how cases are sourced, checked and corrected.
